Abstract
First paragraph: Behavioural insights are used all over the world to inform policy decisions. Ireland is at the forefront of this still novel and emerging movement, with several Irish public institutions already applying behavioural insights. However, the true potential of behavioural insights to better understand and change behaviour at scale, as well as the limitations of the approach, are not yet well-known.
