Overarching Aim: In this project, it is asked that the prof doc student/research assistant designs and tests a practical tool that can effectively identify factors triggering behaviour change in children and young people participating in the 'why weight' healthy weight program.
Objectives:
- Develop a user-friendly tool that can pinpoint key behaviour change concepts influencing children's healthy weight outcomes.
- Validate the tool through pilot testing with a group of children who are participating in a child healthy weight program, assessing its effectiveness in identifying behavior change triggers.
- Evaluate the tool's reliability and validity in showing the child healthy weight project's success/ impact.
- Refining the tool based on feedback and results obtained from the testing process.
- Provide recommendation on the key behaviour change concepts to trigger that should be of prime focus for the Why Weight team.
