Making a House a ¡®Home¡¯ in the Private Rented Sector: Good Practice Guidance for Landlords

Collaboration with Cardiff University and Edge Hill University.

Funded by SafeDeposits Charitable Trust this collaborative project led by Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV, also involving colleagues from Edgehill and Cardiff Universities, is designed to promote best practice in Scotland¡¯s private rented sector. Informed by a rapid review of the literature the study will produce a good practice guide for private sector landlords, highlighting the key role they have to play in supporting their tenants make a ¡®home¡¯. The project outputs will be launched by a blog and video and also disseminated at key housing policy and practice events.
