Tenant Participation in the Private Rented Sector ¨C Evidence Review

The project aims to undertake a systematic review of the evidence regarding tenant participation and activism in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The review will include all English-language international evidence from peer-reviewed and grey literature sources published since the year 2000. It will focus on three specific objectives: ?To provide a state-of-the-art global summary of tenant participation and activism in PRS contexts ?To review the evidence of ¡®what works¡¯ in terms of impacts of tenant participation on policy, practice and outcomes for tenants ?To disseminate these findings to tenant¡¯s rights organisations, policy makers and housing organisations/landlords
