I joined the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV in June 2014 as Lecturer in Leadership, Personal and Professional Development and Coaching after completing my PhD. My main responsibility is to provide academic leadership for the development and delivery of the School's personal and professional development initiatives. I was previously a teaching assistant within the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV Management School where I co-ordinated modules and developed teaching materials. Prior to joining the Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV I was initially a textile designer and then factory manager with responsibility for customer liaison.
