About me

Mausam Budhathoki completed a Master of Science in technology in integrated food studies with a specialisation in sensory and consumer science from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a Master of Science in public health from the University of East London, United Kingdom. Recently, he has joined the Institute of Aquaculture, Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV, United Kingdom as a Marie Curie ITN Early-Stage Researcher/PhD student under the H2020-MSCA-ITN-2020: EATFISH project to investigate the societal perception of aquaculture. His thesis will also cover an understanding of drivers for the European aquatic food trade, assess the role of the governance in place in Europe in affecting consumers¡¯ perceptions of European aquatic food products¡¯ value internationally, and develop strategies for future mutual beneficial trade between Europe and overseas markets.
